Combine the exercise techniques mentioned above with an early morning session in the idealic Ballyseedy Forest and your body will burn more calories throughout the day, activate more muscle fibres and therefore burn body fat faster, leading to a leaner more toned appearance in no time

Regulars of AM Fitness range from those in their early 20's to those in their 50's. Sports people to people seeking weight loss and toning. The range in clientele is made possible through the AM Fitness methodology of allowing each person use their own designated piece of equipment, follow their own interval run and "buddy up" with somebody of similiar ability for partner drills. 

The AM Fitness system ensures that each person is in charge of how hard they wish to push themselves!

Everybody on the program gets a workout regardless of fitness levels or previous experience.
